Very poor service
The casita was very nice but the deluxe continental breakfast was more than disapointing both mornings. They had difficulty keeping clean plates, coffee cups and food out at the buffet. The 2 Russian employees were rude to us both days when we asked to have the buffet re-stocked and for clean dishes. Our room was not clean when we arrived back to our room ready to rest at 4 pm. We arrived Friday night the kitchen trash was full and had been missed by the maid. The property was lovely but the service was very poor. We gave the manager a chance to make things right and give us a slight discount but he declined. We will not return. It seems that the Las Palomas is hiring cheap contract Russians worker's that have no concept of kindness and customer service. It is clear that they are miserable and hate their jobs.
