I understand that you cannot please everyone all the time, but I can absolutely say I have NEVER had some of these major problems with this resort in all the times my family and I have visited. So what if it does not have an ocean view, or tons or deck chairs. Everytime I have stayed here, the staff is friendly, there are tons of activities and places to eat. Better still, they have a grocery store around 18th Ave! So you can purchase your OWN groceries and cook in the comfort of your own suite. And all the complaints I have read about the jaccuzi tubs are ridiculous. Common sense would tell you if you just filled a deep bathtub with piping hot water, there will not be an abundance of hot water to go around afterwards. And WHO is taking showers after they get out the jaccuzi anyway?! There are plenty of places to go and things to do in the area. The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and many other spots. And nothing is better than a nice long breezy walk on the boardwalk at night. I love it here and reccomend it to ANYONE.
