Horrible Management - BEWARE!
I am a frequent business traveler to St. Louis and decided to try the "quaint" Seven Gables Inn. I booked my room 3 weeks in advance and upon arriving I was told that they were over-booked and that they would have to put me up elsewhere. All of my business is in Clayton and they sent me to a hotel in downtown St. Luois...WAY out of the way. I was tld by their manager Stacey Wallace that my room charges would be refunded and as I write this, they have still not been refunded. I would advise to not take a chance at staying at this hotel. The management is deceitful and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! There are many other great options in Clayton and I would advise you to go elsewhere.
