Once is once too often!
Upon arrival at Glen Grove Residences our VISA had been charged $1,000 (the full amt) for our 5 day reservation. Ordinarily this would't be a concern, but the poor state of cleanliness in which we found our room along with numerous other deficiencies should have resulted in an immediate change in accommodation. However, this wasn't possible as Glen Grove operates 24/7 without any front desk or other on-site staff except a third party security guard who merely directs guests to the Help Desk phone number. Unfortunately no useful assistance was available through this number as we discovered when the promised weekly maid service failed to appear. The Help Desk's response - maid service for our room hadn't been scheduled.
There was also no checking out early for dissatisfied guests - they had our money and we were stuck with the room. This place has but one redeeming feature - its location. But given it's dirty carpets & bathrooms, broken blinds & light-fixtures and the third rate beds, linens and towels; staying at the Glen Grove is an experience not worth repeating.
