I arrived at the Hotel for my 2 night stay and from pulling in the hotel, it didn't look up to standard. Ignoring that, my wife and I checked in, after watching the clerk search for a room, although we reserved it weeks before. We got our room, and as we looked around the room it took us less than 5 minutes to realize we couldn't stay there. There was mold in the bathroom and in the small fridge, half of the light bulbs were out, the toilet had to be flushed multiple times for one use, the bathroom door would trap the person in there, the paint in most areas was torn and peeling badly, the tub was patched together with something, and the microwave had nothing you could set your items on. We tried to use their internet to get another hotel room, but their wifi was no where to be seen. I got an internet cord from them and it too didn't work. Finally I had to use my phone to reserve a new hotel. When we returned everything they asked if it was the internet that made us leave. When we replied that it was the mold everywhere and the poor condition of the room, they asked if it was the room in a certain location. They checked us out with no trying to keep us there or apologizing. There was no way my wife and I could go back to that hotel.
