my stay at the sherief hotel was by far the most welcoming i had in egypt. from the moment i arrived i was welcomed and made to feel completely at home. my initial intention was to stay only a few days to see the sights.... but after getting to know the people i stayed for a week! the rooms were clean and most are airconditioned, there is hot water and even a bath in the bathroom...very handy for cooling down. the service is great... day or night and breakfast is anytime you request it...even breakfast in bed. the hotel is decorated with bob marley posters and an endless array of colour.... and combined with the rooftops layed back decor it makes for an ideal place to just kick back, relax and take in all of beatiful egypt.
