We were VERY happy owners at Westagte until during an annual visit we were invited to a presentation. A 90 minute "update" turned into over 5 hours, only to discover that we were sold a different (obviously smaller) floor plan that we actually paid $6k to upgrade to in 2008. The unit they wanted to sell us this year is exactly what they showed us in 2008 as our upgraded unit. We thought we had purchased this floor plan for $6k more last year. Imagine our dismay and disgust when we discovered this misleading and dishonest sales job in 2008.
What a change of heart we have for Westgate. Where we would have referred our friends (and have) in previous years, I wouldn't feel comfortable referring anyone we know and consider a friend.
