1. it is over priced at 247.00 a night.
2. Front desk very curt and unfriendly not helpful at all.
3. parking for your car is a blockaway.
4. our room had someones shoe left in it when we checked in.
5. I left some change and a few bills on the desk when we went out to explore Jackson on our return it was gone.
6. thier billing practice of making you make a large deposit well in advance of our stay did not set well, (over $500.00 for 5 day stay)
7. Room was nice and large.
8. Location in middle of downtown was a positive.
9. Valet parking is $10.00 a day to get your car from a not secure location one block away.
