This is a great location, super water amenities, nice beach.
IMPORTANT to understand: SeaWatch resort is a combination of a Hotel, Wyndham Timeshare units, and privately owned units. I suspect the bad reviews are about private units whose furnishings & maintenance can vary widely. For many years, we've stayed here every summer in the Timeshare units - they are consistently excellent, with a nice activities program. North tower = mostly hotel, a few timeshare; Villas=all timeshare; South tower = 2 floors timeshare, mostly private.
