I have stayed at Seawatch for many years and in fact I have been there four times this year. Our first two stays were wonderful!! Our rooms were in the South Tower and they were great! When we returned in Sept. our room was in the North Tower. We went to Seawatch to rest and relax and watch movies we didn't have time to watch at home. All our other units had DVD players, but this one didn't. It didn't even have the few necessities we needed like a cookie sheet for pizza or a hot mitt to get food out of the oven. When questioned, the staff said that not all the units have the same thing, so there is no way of knowing what your room will have and what it will not. So we learned to assume that whatever you think you might need you better take it with you! It was very disappointing we could not watch the movies we wanted to. So, when I booked for Oct. I asked for a room with a DVD player and told management how important it was that we have a room with one in it. Guess what? No DVD player AGAIN and the staff really didn't care. We have stayed at this resort and never had a problem until recently.
