I've stayed at the Grenoble House several times. Chantal is a doll. There's some alcoholic guy lurking in the back office who's not much help when you check in and, all the other employees are college kids who hang out in the minimal lobby with hangovers who stagger up the stairs with your luggage when you arrive. The place seems to be always under construction, ladders and building material everywhere. The housekeeping leaves something to be desired. The unit I checked into - there was a piece of "schmooth" on the floor at my first visit. When I came back, several weeks later, it was still there!! Yuck!!
