Friendly service, Great Bay Views
I liked that I could chat with Emma Rosa in the downstairs kitchen as she shredded coconut and kneaded the dough for her famous Coconut Bread. I liked the sound of the rain on the roof of the hotel and the cool breezes off Bluefields Bay. No hotel in Bluefields is posh but this hotel is clean, comfortable and reflects the reality of life in Bluefields.
Don't miss the Tia Irene Restaurant in the 'backyard' of the Hotel, on the Bay.
