This is a lovely refurbished 1920s hotel 2 blocks from the UCB campus. Nice rooms and friendly staff. But if you want to sleep, bring earplugs! People talking in normal voices in adjoining rooms come through loud and clear, and if the neighboring room has the TV on, even turned down, you'll hear it.
