they got one millions rules,it's a place for elderly people,they don't want you even with a radio at the sand and not even one pina colada,i waited one night like around 10 at night to talk listen to some slow music at sand beach with a couple of pina coladas and they called me the cops,they kicked us out of the place,i lost 3 days staying and they stole my money,never gave me a penny back,don't recommemd this place even is a beautiful spot and if they still got this manager john w fairbanks is terrible,we had a handicap and my 4 years son and he still called the cops and kicked us out like around 11 o'clock at night.would never ever go there again,i don't even feel like going to marathon key anymore
