BEWARE OF A BAIT AND SWITCH

we reserved a room at the oasis for our wedding aniversary, specifically a king non-smoking mini-suite we got a confirmation number and thought it was a done deal. when we arrived to check in, we were told that our non-smoking king mini-suite wasn't available. we were also told that a reservation confirmation was only a guarntee that we would have a room but not necessarly the room we specifically reserved. we were also told that the king non-smoking mini-suite didn't even exist. So beware of a bait and switch!!!!! We left and drove back home. the hotel staff even tried to tell us that we would be charged for the room because we didn't give a 48 hour cancelation notice.
