I typically seek out boutiques when I travel because I enjoy the variety. The St. Regis was certainly cool and hip. Although there was no spa or workout room, it was really simple and chic. IPOD dock and movies on demand is as good as it gets in the rooms but the hotel itself is right in the middle of everything. The food at the restaurant was great and we had a ball at the lounge. Everyone was personable and accomodating. Certainly a cool change from the Westins and Hyatts of the world.
