Before I arrived at the hotel, I was very upset, the airport had lost my luggage and I had a job interview the following morning. When I stepped out my cab I was greeted by valet, despite my grumpiness, he assured me everything was ok and that the front desk will assist me in whatever I needed. It was hard to stay mad, especially when I arrived inside the hotel! It was lovely! The young lady and gentleman at the front desk were so friendly and they really were concerned!!! I will never forget them, Kenyatta and Terrance!! Excellent service!! They told me where I can go and pick up a dress shirt and slacks. My room was nice, and the lounge was wonderful!! The only problem I had was housekeeping did not clean my room until five that next evening. But this is a wonderful hotel with excellent service!!!
