The service was excellent. The bi-lingual staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The rooms are very small. Be sure to request a non-smoking floor. We had a non-smoking room on a floor that had smoking rooms and we could smell the smoke through the vents.
Housekeeping, bell service and concierge were pleasant and eager to help. Bring your own computer as the business center is small and usually crowded.
The location can't be beat. Steps from the shopping at Florida, minutes from the various neighborhoods made this an ideal hotel for us.
