Hotel managed to give away our prepaid rooms for two days. Hotel was cramped, overpriced and very warm with no airconditioning. The only way to get cool air was to open the windows and then we had very loud traffic noise and the threat of intruders. Staff was very impolite and the noise from the bar was unbearable.
The front desk was a very unpleasant place. The Hotel had given our rooms away because we were Late! We arrived at 9pm and had prepaid a week before. With service like this we are going to cross off the Claridge and world wide affiliates for life.
