Come Here Whenever We Can

we have been coming here 3-4 times a year since we stumbled over it on an inland trip from Carmel. The grounds are lovely and the place is right across from a large community park. Dog friendly is the first thing we look for, and we used to stay @ Wayside in Carmel village until it went chi-chi and no longer accepts dogs. Glad we found this quiet place nd we come here whenever we can. There have been some renovations of existing cottages, and they are quite attractive, but the older ones are just as nice--like the sort of place we would have if we HAD a country retreat! Easy walk to village and the restaurants and a short drive to Garland Park for hiking. Do not know anything about the single rooms;we have stayed only in the suites and studio suites.
We would come here even if we had no pets, but we feel fortunate to have found a place that welcomes our two dogs AND is a wonderful place to stay.
