Should Give More Information at Reservations
We arrived in Branson at 1:30 pm after driving/travling for over 13 hours. When we made our reservations a check-in time was NOT given. We assumed (wrongly) that surely we would be able to check in since it was well after noon. Also the hotel was not busy if the number of cars was ay indication. We walked into the lobby with the receptionist eating and she very casually dismissed us. We were told we could not possibly get into our rooms until at least 3:00 pm. We had been traveling with teenagers, a pre-teen, and four adults one of which is disabled. Absolutely no concession was made to try and get us into a room so that we could shower and unload the cars. We had dinner reservations for 6:00 pm and show tickets after that. I could see if the hotel was full and the only rooms we could get were still in the process of getting cleaned maybe. But check out is 11:00 am and this was 1:30 pm at a nearly empty hotel. No concern for our comfort, tiredness. We were offered to sit in the lobby and have a cup of coffee. Went right next door and got into rooms immediately. Not a way to attract repeat customers in my opinion. Will not make a reservation here again.
