The Danforth is a unique place. It manages to be elegant and relaxed all at once. The decor is impeccable. Our room was lovely, and I took the liberty of peeking into several other unoccupied rooms - all equally beautiful!
The location of the Danforth is great if you want to explore downtown Portland. The woman at the desk was extremely helpful with answering any questions we had. We were originally there in the winter but are looking forward to our next trip up to Portland in the warmer weather! It's a romantic spot, cozy and beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious and relaxing. You won't be disappointed.
