I spent 4 days in Florence staying at this Hotel. The service at the desk was friendly and helpful with good porter service for getting suitcases to the rooms. The rooms were clean and there was no intrusion by cleaning staff who cleaned the room when I was out.
The Hotel was 150 metres from the main railway station and two hundred metres from the Duomo and 10 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio
The Hotel was an old Palace which had been beautifully rennovated and it was like stepping back into the times of Michealangelo and Leonaro di Vinci.
