I reviewed many hotels before I settled on the Colonnade Hotel and I was not disappointed. The service was great and helped with questions about transportation and places to see. When we first arrived we had a problem with our toilet running, after a call to the front desk a repair man came right up and fixed it within ten minutes of our call. That's service! The hotel itself was very beautiful and elegant. We definitely got our moneys worth.
The hotel is located in a great spot. It's not to far from area attractions and the subway is right next to the hotel. If you need a taxi the bell hop is right there to assist you.
Overall this hotel was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go back and refer this hotel to a friend.
