There seemed to be alot of 'hype' placed on their website with regards to the Rundlestone.
When we arrived, the front desk clerk seemed 'bothered' by our presence and did not go into specifics about the hotel or it's amenities.
Upon check out the following day, we had decided to stay one extra night and they simply told us it was not possible, and with it being the long weekend we'd be more than un-likely to even find 'any' hotel in Banff with an accomodation. There didn't seem to be any empathy at all towards us. The funniest part was....we checked out, went next door to the Spruce Grove, and were able to check in with no problems.
The Rundlestone likes to 'boost' themselves, however need alot of work with their Customer Service skills and housekeeping. Also, there parking facilities are kept underground but what a hassle to come out of!
Truly disappointed! Stay nextdoors!
