My Fiancee and I stayed at this hotel for a couple nights when we went to banff in Nov of 2007. We did lots of research on the internet before we decided to stay there, and we weren't disappointed. We chose just a standard room with a king sized bed and a balcony, and needless to say, it was good value for the money. We found the room very spacious, and the underground parking was lovely for that time of year. The couple that we went with required a room with a fridge, and the staff was able to accomodate this (as well as they found two rooms that were close together.) The staff was very nice to us, and went out of their way to help us find good hiking trails in the area. The womens locker room was very clean and the pool looked well kept as did the hot tub.
Overall, a very nice stay.
