Labor Day Weekend
The hotels website over-hypes what you actually see when you arrive. The rooms were VERY SMALL and the lobby was uninviting. We booked for 4 nights and they stuck us in the front of the hotel right where the cars pulled into the driveway. Absolutely no privacy.
On our first morning there was no hot water and they told us to "go upstairs to the spa and take a shower". Needless to say we didn't pay for a hostel. We stayed the following two nights for the same price at the Chateau Fairmont which completely outclassed the Rundlestone on all fronts.
We would not recommend or return to this hotel. Staff was not friendly and seemed bothered that we were there.
No good morning, no welcome, they wouldn't even look up from reading their papers.
