Reservation was wrong though original reservation was confirmed at check in. Went to rooms expecting to see what I reserved but didn't so went back downstairs. We were finally told "we tried to figure it out this morning but there are people in the rooms you reserved." Restaurant overpriced and very noisy from bar that is open to the restaurant. Checked out without eating 30 mins after checking in and then waited again because they were requested from the frotn desk to bring our car around but forgot!
The place seemed clean and is a good location but that is all that is good about it. No personality is a good way to describe all the staff. On and (quickly) off smiles, no welcoming attitude from anyone.
We had thought to try a new place in Portland but went to our favorite, a Marriott just a few blocks away and were accommodated with almost open arms. Lesson learned...change is not always necessary or good!
