My family and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. During this time, we had many 'discussions' with AC, the manager, since the hotel reception is not very receptive. Many times, we just wanted enough soap and towels for 2 adults per room, which is the rate that we paid. However, the manager conviniently commented the housekeeping department is responsible for this and 'their' policy is to provide a set number of towels for each room. He didn't know what this number was and whether there was any difference between rooms for 1 adult or 2.
Additionally, the breakfast each morning consisted of waiting in line for 15 minutes to use the toaster, then another 15 minutes waiting to a place to sit and eat your toast. Fortunately, IHOP was a 2 minute walk.
