I found the whole experience absolutely wonderful. The workers were very friendly,whether you tipped them or not, although a tip went a long way to ensuring you received extra good service the following days. I found a week was not enough and will definitely go back there again.
The one thing I would change is the buffet food. It was pleasant enough, but was the same lunch and dinner every day-needs more variety. The ala-carte restaurants were terrific.
The grounds of this hotel were stunning, they were very clean and beautiful.
