Great Motel on the Beach!!

After the other review saying there were bugs in the beds, I was very worried. After we checked in, I immediately checked the sheets and mattress seams for bugs and I found NONE. My daughter and I had a lovely time, and the only problem was too much clorine in the pool, but who spends time in the pool when you have that lovely warm green gulf water to swim in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities were not that great, rusty and not terribly clean. We just didn;t use them. It is an older motel, but clean and everything worked, including the Air conditioner. We had a kitchenette complete with appliances and dishes so we could fix our meals which is quite a savings. Loved to sit out on the deck for morning coffee, enjoying the smell, sound and view of the white sand and ocean.
