It looks good from the outside but failed miserably on the inside
When we first entered the door we thought we were in for a real treat. The ambiance was very nice and the decor very festive and colorful. This in combination with the Mariachi band, Hmmmm, felt a little like real mexico. We were sat immediately. And then it all began. Our pushy and rude waiter (male, egotist, racist) didn't greet us but tried pushing the guacomole right away. We said no (a small bowl for $9). As soon as we opened the menu, well, I have never been to a place that has charged $12 for a bean burrito, and then an extra $3 each for sides of rice and beans (served in minute portions in monkey dishes). We ordered chicken enchiladas with green sauce and a Chicken Burrito. Well lets say please think twice about the green sauce (it tastes like turkey gravy with lime). The chicken in the Chicken burrito was actually good though (although I have had chicken burritos at other mexican restaurants that were twice as large and half the price). Overall, if you want good mexican food don't eat here, but if you want a good mexican atmosphere (show) you may want to check it out. I don't know about you but I think a mexican restaurant who charges $15 for a modest burrito with no side, and $14 for 2 modest sized enchiladas with turkey gravy and lime, I think I am being banditoed.
