OMG! It is disturbing that I was not the only one scammed by the staff. We visited for our Anniversary and their staff maxed out my credit card. This made dinner and everything else we did very difficult. They then continued to mishandle the situation. The problem was "no fault of their own". I can personally tell you that my pockets are a few hundred dollars lighter, in addition to the cost of my room. I am still dealing with charges over a month later!
