My kids and I were given a room that had a loud busing sound coming from electrical box. Turns out, Dessert Paradise was aware of the problem and still gave us that room. Got back to the room at 1 a.m and heard the noise. I brought it their attention and requested to sleep in another room and move my belonging in the morning. They refused to place me in another room, unless I move all my belongings that night. So I moved that night noise was awful. New room had broken blinds in bedroom, had to place sheet in window and water drops from vent fell on my head. Employees were rude and accused me of lying. Requested my money back and they denied it.
