Sorry Ms. Manager that you didn't get enough sleep. You should hire someone to manage the front desk. Sorry for waking you in the middle of the night to check in. Oh I forgot this is an Inn..... does that mean they have hours like a bank? Your Ill attitude towards guests will not win you any new (or return) customers. Your motel was about a $35 a night motel. The cookstove in the room was NASTY. Cockroaches rule the premises. Not 1 but 2 light bulbs were missing from the room. Pool was not open. Hmmmm... are you trying to run a motel? Aparently you missed school the day they were teaching motel operation. If you want return customers... clean up your attitude AND YOUR MOTEL!
