I stayed at the Sleep Inn for one week. From 05-25-07 thru 06-02-07. It was very hard to get sevice from the front desk. There was one employee who took the time to provide outstanding service. His name was Joe he worked in maintenance. He helped me carry my luggage to my room. He also made sure that everything was working properly in my room. He was very professional. Good customer service skills really make a difference to the guest. Thank-you Joe.
