The people in the office told us our room would be ready at 3. We arrived at 3:30 to find our room still dirty from the people before us. The office did not even try offering us another room, instead they rudely offered us a refund. Plus, they have an advertisement posted outside the hotel for a reasonable price, but when you get inside they increase that price $20 to $30. I go to Port Aransas every summer and this was the most unaccommodating and worst costumer service I have ever experienced on the island.
