Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. The room was disgusting from top to bottom. The beds were unmade and the television did not function. The bathroom was in pretty bad shape with nasty rings around toilet and a smell to hint of where the stains came from. Staff walked around with no shirt and didn't seem to care about any concerns raised. My children got to witness their first drug related arrest after a nice day at the Santa Cruz boardwalk from our lovely next door neighbor, the individual was dressed well....unsightly and the profanities coming out of her mouth were new even to me, my kids were itchy all night from god knows what on the mattresses. This will be on my top worst stays anywhere.
