paid more than expected
The reception staff were really friendly. It was close to where I needed to be. And it had wireless.
But I was shocked when I got my bill: I was charged 25% MORE than when I'd booked the room 6 weeks earlier. When I inquired, they said it was because of "new management" who would not give me the price the old management agreed upon. That SHOULD have been made clear before I arrived or at least when I was checking in. NOT when I was checking out! I had to spend a LOT more money for the 5 days I was there and would have been better off staying in a nicer hotel, given the price.
