The rent is within our budget and it is located in a convenient area for my husbands work.
However, the place is infested with roaches. It is so bad that they are crawling all over the toilet, walls, floors etc.. We have only been there 2 nights! If we could move again we would.
They do have new owners and managers and have really cleaned the place up as far as who can stay there and getting rid of the drug traffic. They are kid friendly and most tenants do have a cat or very small dog.
