I did not expect to stay in Niagara Falls overnight as my husband and I were just passing through. My husband was exhausted and we decided to stop at the Crown Plaza. We were treated with the upmost respect as the desk clerk reserched to give us the best price. We dined at the restuarant and enjoyed a wonderful meal. Our room was clean and warm. My husband asked for extra towels and they were brought to our room immediatley. We liked the experience so much, we decided to stay an extra day and visit the casino accross the street. I would recomend this hotel to anyone that is traveling to Niagara Falls.
