This hotel is one of a select few that set the standard for all others. The physical accomodations are very impressive, and the staff is polite and helpful.
I have recently stayed at several major downtown Chicago hotels while in the city on business. This is one that I would highly recommend, along with the Four Seasons.
The only problem with this hotel is that after visiting, you will know what luxury travel truly should be. And, if you end up anywhere else, you might be dissapointed when it doesn't measure up.
