Most Terrible Experience......
We had paid in cash for 2 nights stay. Around 4 am of our first night there, my husband got up to go to the bathroom, turned on the bathroom light and ROACH BUGS ran. He immediately went to the front desk and the night auditor moved us to another room (in the middle of the night).
Later that day I talked to the GENERAL MANAGER who told me that they wanted to make things right for us, so she would be refunding both nights stay to us. She asked us to give her time to talk to her Accounting Department to see how to handle the refund since I had paid in cash.
However, before we were getting ready to check out this morning, she only refunded 1 night stay and lied about saying she had told me she would be refunding both nights.
There were other guests heard her say she would be compensating us for both nights. However, I have no clue who they were nor where to find them this morning. I was very discreet in letting her know about the ROACH BUGS, but had I had it to do over, I would not have been, I would have let all the other guest hear why I had a problems with this resort.
I will NEVER stay there again nor would I EVER recommend it to anyone. It does not live up to the "RESORT" status that we have found when we stayed at other RESORTS.
