Bad Customer Service
I made a reservation just before Christmas for my parents and stated to the staff member, Sandra, who made the reservation that I would not be staying but I was paying with my credit card. The staff member failed ot mention that she would need to fax me a receipt to sign. My parents were asked for their credit card when they arrived and were told the price of the gift. I had to go to a Kinkos for the fax on the weekend rather than use my work fax. Marlene, the manager was insincere, unapologetic, rude and incompetent. I waited 20 minutes for her to send me a fax. Had to give my credit card info 2x. I was offered nothing for the mistake. Was told what do u want me to do?
