Air conditioning great, bed , shower, tv, everything you want is good. A little concerned about the upkeep of bathroom, needs a little renovation, but is fine. slept well on second floor had no problems with neighbors or people below. safe place to stay, near the mall, mcdonalds, and other restaurants and stores
