Not bad for Santa Cruz

We rented two rooms for 5 people and the front desk personnel were pretty on top of things. The parking lot was small and based on the size of today's vehicle's there were a number of spots that were unusable. After coming in late one evening, the person in the Lobby invited us to park in the handicap zone since it was not being used. That was a nice gesture. Richard manned the Lobby in the morning and was a really nice guy. Nice and friendly attitude and as accomodating as possible. He even went back to the room for us after we left an item after check out (we discovered that we left it 3 hours after checking out...Kids!!) Santa Cruz hotels are about the same and this one was nothing spectacular but service normally makes the difference. Excellent location across fromt he boardwalk and a comfortable room. I would stay here again.
