The rooms were small over priced and from the 60's. The customer service was terrible, I stayed for 4 nights and had to get my key reprogrammed 10 times, they refused to give us extra blankets and towels, and tried to charge an extra night to our credit card... Don't let your trip to Kelowna get ruined by staying in this place
