My fiance and i stayed at Boulevard Mansion for 6 days and we could say that we had a great experience with our stay there. The location of the hotel is overlooking the bay...the service was good and the staff were very accomodating...it is near the mall and the US Embassy...and there are lots of restaurants near the area.
