Avoid like the plague!
We arrived to 6:00pm find that the hotel did not honor our confirmed reservation, and had switched us to a lessor room which did not have room for two people to work with laptops. They did not however, lower the room rate!
Once we realized we had no other options (most hotels were full) we took the small room, just to realize that there was NO Internet access as advertised.
We had two laptops that would connect to their access point, but could not get Internet, and the room down the hall had the same problem, but the hotel acted like we were just idiots and it was our problem.
We will never stay at this hotel again; in fact I think we're through with the entire Red Lion chain.
