Current Resident. :(

I am a resident now & I am advising you now DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!! They take care of nothing when something is broken...they never let you know when they are fixing the water so they just shut off our water for no reason out of no where! They didn't let us know they were going to work near our parking space...which wasn't much of a bother since they do have much visitor parking but still...with any inconvenience they would cause, shouldn't they let you know!? I mean c'mon....!!!! The retards(broads) in the leasing office don't help at all. The blonde named Sarah has been the one who really I have had to go to with complaints but she is a complete idiot. Maintenance sucks...they wait forever to get to serious problems. I live on the second floor....my window broke because they failed to replace an old curtain before we moved in & I pulled it to close it & it came falling down breaking my window. Now I have a 1 yr old son...remember I live on the 2nd floor & told them right away...it TOOK THEM almost 2DAYS! to fix...& if we hadn't gone to tell them I think it would have taken longer! That's another thing...they dont replace things they should...these apartments are bad news. They either need to fix their damn attitudes & the way they service people/ fix shit right. People seriously...I really wouldn't want people to have to deal with so many headaches because these people who are suppose to help you, really don't! I agree...they really deserve NO STAR!
